Purchase Contract Agreement
Copy of legal description (seller/agent should have this information)
Last two current paystubs
Last two years W-2's (last two years tax returns if self-employed or receiving rental income)
Names,addresses,and phone numbers of employers for last two years
Last two month bank statements/brokerage statements showing balances
Pension award letters if retired
Social Security award letters if applicable
Names/addresses/account numbers for all credit debts
Photo ID
Divorce decree if applicable
Copy of DD Form 214, Report of Separation (if qualifying for Va loan)
Explanation of any delinquent credit or liens
