At other companies, many loans are delayed because a loan officer is unsure or doesn't recognize which loan program a customer is suited for. At FCM, we stress continuing education for our loan officers. A changing economy makes for ever-changing loan programs. A good loan officer knows all about both kinds of changes. And we strive to be the best.
